Select and personalize from our extensive range of designs, or submit your own design inspirations through our contact pages. Our Jewelry Experts are happy to assist you in finding the perfect piece.
We offer in-person consultations where you can enjoy complimentary amenities and view our sample pieces. For added convenience, we also provide full online transactions and virtual consultations, allowing you to discuss your preferences from the comfort of your home.
Quotation
Once you’ve finalized your design inspirations and specifications, we will prepare an invoice detailing your order and quotation. Please send us a message on our official social media channels on Facebook and Instagram to request the available payment methods.
A 40% down payment is required before we begin any customized jewelry. Upon receipt of the down payment, we will start crafting your piece.
Production
Once the final design is approved, production will take approximately 2-3 weeks. To make sure each jewelry item is crafted with meticulous attention to detail to ensure it meets your expectations and adheres to our strict quality standards.
