“You”, “customer”, “buyer” — refers to the person using our services, visiting our Facebook page, ordering products, or receiving products.
“Products” — any jewelry item or accessory offered for sale by MJK Jewelry.
“Order” — a request placed by you to purchase products.
2. Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g. incorrect price, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability).
Once your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation (via Facebook message, e-mail, or preferred communication channel).
3. Payment & Prices
Prices of products are as indicated at the time of order or upon confirmation. Prices may change without prior notice, but once you place your order and payment is confirmed, the price is fixed.
Payment methods accepted will be communicated separately (e.g., via bank transfer, e-wallet, cash on delivery, etc.). Payment must be completed before shipping/delivery unless otherwise agreed.
You are responsible for any additional fees, taxes, or shipping charges (if applicable) unless explicitly absorbed by us.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We will process and ship your order as soon as payment is confirmed and details (address, contact number) are complete.
Delivery time depends on your location and courier availability. We will do our best to give an estimated delivery date, but this is not guaranteed.
Once we hand over the package to the courier or shipper, our responsibility ends. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Because our jewelry items are handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind, we generally do not accept returns except in cases of manufacturing defect, wrong item shipped, or damage during delivery.
To request a return, replacement or refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide clear photos of the damage or issue.
If approved, we will offer either a replacement (if possible) or store credit / refund (depending on the item and situation). Shipping costs for returns or replacements may be covered by you, unless the error is on our part.
We reserve the right to reject return/refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
6. Product Use & Care
Our products are handcrafted. Slight variations in color, shape, or finish are natural and part of the charm — they are not defects.
Jewelry should be handled with care. Avoid exposure to water, chemicals, or rough handling — we are not liable for damage caused by neglect or misuse after delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All product photos, designs, and content (text, images, logos) on the MJK Jewelry page belong to us.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide (name, address, contact, etc.) will be used solely for order processing and delivery.
We will not share or sell your information to third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MJK Jewelry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for that product.
10. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any changes will take effect once posted on our page or communicated to you. Continued use of our services or purchase of our products after changes constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
